I finally wanted to upload her and her companions, so I finally wrote down her biography. However, motivation wasn't enough to render this and give it a background. Maybe I will do that later, maybe I won't. OTL. Oh also, I may have written Melanie instead of Merani a few times. If I did, please just read "Merani" instead of Melanie, since that's her true name
!!! Important! Although Merani is a tactician and her story plays in the universe of FE:Awakening she is NOT, I repeat NOT the avatar/player. She’s got a completely own personality AND story. Not the one of the avatar. NO. Thank you for reading :´D !!!
Short starting situation explaination:
On the continent our story starts, there are 3 countries: Ylisse, Plegia and Regna Ferox.
Ylisse and Plegia have once been at war, Ylisse attacking Plegia because of religious reasons. In that war many people died. The leader of Ylisse died as well. His eldest daughter Emmeryn became the new leader. Years passed and the new king of Plegia started a war against Ylisse, because of vengeance-reasons. In this war Emmeryn died. Her brother Chrom, his tactician (the avatar) and his army formed an alliance with Regna Ferox and together they were able to kill the “mad king” Gangrel and Plegia. Valldar became the new king of Plegia, Chrom of course was the king of Ylisse and they had peace for like about 2 years. Then the country Valm, who already conquered the equally named continent (Valm) attacks Regna Ferox and Ferox begs for Ylisse’s help. The first step is to defeat the people from Valm, who appeared at the haven of Ferox.
My OCs meet Chrom and the army shortly because they fight against the soldiers of Valm at the haven.

!! Thanks to her skill “shadowgift” Merani is able to use dark magic even as a tactician!!
Personality: Merani is someone very smart, who tries to always think logically and objective. However, due to her strong emotions and temper, she isn’t always able to control herself. She also shows her enemies a completely other side of her than her friends. Towards those she loves, Merani is kind, joking and incredibly loyal, while towards enemies she acts cold and extremely proud and narcissistic. To those who are neither friends nor enemies, she’s mostly polite. The princess is very creative and brave too. However, at the end she’s also a loner and even describes herself as “slightly insane”
Likes: Weapons (she’s obsessed with them), fighting, drawing, strategy, being alone or amongst close friends only, the sea,
Dislikes: crowds, being treated like being stupid, dumbness
Story: When the war between Plegia and Ylisse starts again, Merani has her last year at the military school. Once she is done, she is meant to overtake the position as her father’s tactician. However, when she finishes the school, Aversa manages to convince her father otherwise. Merani and her friends Saki, Drako and Becky get send to a remote position without much power. Although being very angry about this situation, at the end the girl follows her father’s wishes. However, Gangrel doesn’t allow her to fight in the final battle and unfortunately she’s also too far away to give a fuck about his orders and come anyways. Gangrel dies in this battle.
Her father’s dead strikes the young princess hard, but she has got no time for sorrow. Drako, Becky and Saki quickly get her into the castle, but not long after their arrival a strange magician called Valldar attacks and takes control over it. The young fighters, who aren’t strong and many enough to fight him and his people have to flee. Valldar searches for them all over Plegia to kill Merani, who was originally meant to become the new queen. Becky, Drako and Merani quickly leave Plegia, while Saki disappears into the night. After they have lost everything, the three of them decide to take revenge… Blinded by sorrow and hate their only goal becomes to kill Chrom, his tactician Crowan and as many other members of his army as possible….
Two years after the war’s end and hard training, they are about to turn their plan into reality. The three know that Chrom and his army just met with the Khans of Regna Ferox and will move towards the haven. This is where they want to surprise and slaughter them. Unfortunately, they get interrupted, since Becky sees how undead attack civilians. Not having a heart of stone, Drako, Becky and Merani quickly come to their aid and kill the undead, before anyone can be harmed. Sadly this leads to Chrom’s army surprisingly approaching the three of them and not vice versa as it was meant to be. The tactician Crowan and prince Chrom are positively surprised by Merani’s and the other’s skills, thank them and ask them to join the army. When Merani accepts, Drako and Becky are completely shocked at first, but the orange-haired girl soon explains to them, that this is their plan B: To gain Chrom’s and Crowan’s trust and then kill them, once there is a chance.
This chance doesn’t come quickly though and it just kind of happens, that some people of the ylissean army and Merani and her comrades build up good relationships. As time passes, all the anger and hate disappear more and more and the three realize that the ylissean people weren’t slaughtering plegian soldiers and civilians, because they wanted to take their lives, no, just like the plegians they fought to protect what they love. Finally realizing that, Merani and the other two give up their revenge-plan. When Saki suddenly appears again, she tells Chrom and the other’s about their “new friend’s” real identity, which causes them to outcast them in shock. Stahl seems to be the only one of the army, who still trusts them and visits them from time to time to tell them where they are. Thanks to him Drako, Becky and Merani are able to come to the army’s aid, when they get attacked out of nowhere. After this battle, things get settled completely and they fight alongside again… against Valm, against Valldar… and against Grima, the fell dragon.

Additional Info:
-Merani is more into “a few, but true friends” than into “as many friends as possible, who aren’t true friends at all”
-Merani is my fourth OC/ Persona, as PERSONA mainly (mainly, not only) representing logic.
